With 40 properties located downtown, most within walking distance to the University of Rochester and RIT, our tenants receive 24/7 support to cater to student specific needs while receiving superior service. RocRooms understands our tenants’ focus should be on their studies, which is why all of our properties include the following amenities: furnished home, WIFI, TV with Hulu/Netflix, lawn maintenance, free laundry (on site), a monthly cleaning of the common areas and all utilities!
