Listing Properties
We help our property owners list their real estate for rent or sale. Whether it’s assessing the property’s value, determining an appropriate listing price, and marketing the property to potential buyers or renters, we are with you every step of the way.
Finding Properties
We also assist buyers and tenants in finding properties that meet their criteria. This includes understanding each individual’s preferences, finances, etc., and then searching for the ideal home.
Market Analysis
EPM provides market analysis and insights to clients, helping them understand current market trends and pricing. EPM understands how crucial this information is for making informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting properties.
Negotiation
We work for you! Our fiduciary responsibility to our clients is to negotiate deals based on your goals. Whether it’s negotiating the sale price, rental terms, or other important details, you are at the center of each decision.
How Does EPM Handle Property Maintenance?
Approximately six years into our journey with Eastman Property Management, we began to recognize potential conflicts of interest stemming from our in-house maintenance team. To address this concern, our lead maintenance technician, Jesse Briden, opted to acquire the first right of refusal for our maintenance work, establishing the separate entity Eastman Property Services Inc.
It’s important to note that our investors are not obligated to utilize EPS’s services. However, over the course of our seven-year partnership with EPS, we’ve observed that many of our investors appreciate the convenience and reliability of their 24/7 maintenance services at an affordable cost.
Unlike traditional Property Managers who maintain an in-house maintenance team, EPM ensures impartial and cost-effective maintenance solutions sourced from our network of trusted local vendors. In this capacity, Dan Frattianni serves as our in-house maintenance coordinator, acting as a vital link between our investors and our extensive network of skilled contractors.
With Dan at the helm, we facilitate communication and coordination, ensuring efficient and high-quality maintenance services tailored to meet the specific needs of our properties and clients. Dan’s presence not only streamlines our operations but also adds value to our services.
